PolyU Alumni NetID Online Registration - Identity Validation FAQ

[IMPORTANT NOTE to Graduates of 2011 and onwards with PolyU-award: You can login your email account you used while studying in PolyU. You are NOT required to register again.]

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) is pleased to provide each graduate with a free Alumni NetID, which offers you:

  • a lifelong PolyU Connect email account that carries a unique PolyU domain (preferred.name@connect.polyu.hk);
  • free WiFi service at PolyU campus and other specified locations; and
  • 1 TB cloud-based online storage in which you can create and edit Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote files via a web browser anytime, anywhere.
