NetID Registration Validate Student Number

Instruction

You MUST follow the following steps to perform NetID registration to access systems and facilities of the University.

Special notice for students who completed programme registration in-person instead of online:
If you have successfully completed the programme registration before 6:00pm (Hong Kong local time), you can perform this after 8:00am on the next day. Otherwise, you have to do this after 8:00am on the day after.

1. PREPARE the following information:
   • Student No.
     (It can be found on your Student ID Card or your Programme Registration Confirmation Email as shown below.)
     
     
     Student ID Card
     
     
     Programme Registration Confirmation Email
     
     
   • Programme Code
   • Date of Birth
   • HKID No. or Passport / Mainland ID No. (used in your programme registration)


2. INPUT your Student No. in the 'Student Number' field below.


3. FOLLOW the instructions of the function to complete the registration process.
