Other PolyU Connect users, including Alumni, Ex-Students, Staff with PolyU Connect entitlement, Long Serving Retirees... etc, will still need to use a dedicated PolyU Connect password to access PolyU Connect services.
For users who are accessing PolyU Connect using dedicated PolyU Connect password, please visit the PolyU Connect service web site below for instructions on changing or resetting PolyU Connect Password.
